Once you do you'll be given the option to sign up for either a Regular or Premium subscription. Each one gets you Park Cash, Coins, Energy, and Goods every day—as well as free Inspiration, without having to visit your neighbors.
When you subscribe, you get the VIP-Only Mimosa Hotel, which you can harvest for your daily dose of goodies.
