Music Festival Building FAQ

Hello Coasters!

We noticed you are having some questions regarding the Music Festival Building, so we outlined the most common questions below!

1. How can we get Ticket Stubs?

- You can get tickets from the Music Festival Building!

2. How do we achieve the "Epic" Mode?

- In order for us to achieve this, we need to supply the Music Festival by searching the items found on shops and restaurants.

3. Does the Music Festival Building disappear?

- Yes, after the timer ends which is after 2 days.

4. I tried to search for items from the Music Festival Building but it seems to not count. Why?

- Give some time and patience for the items to count to ensure our servers are properly synced with your game.

New quest missing from the game

Hello Coasters!

We have received a number of reports from our lovely players who are yet to receive some quests. All quests are slowly being sent out to everyone.

The CoasterVille Team always tests new releases with a limited amount of players and that’s why this feature has not been rolled out to all our players just yet. It is normal for new features to be slowly rolled out to all players. This feature should be available to you soon! 
Why is that?

Slow roll outs are important towards the stability of the games and to secure those new features will run smoothly in your game. 

There is no need to contact Customer Support regarding new releases missing in your game.  This is a natural progression in the game.

The release of the Beach Boardwalk theme is rapidly approaching, and so we thought we'd give you a little sneak preview!

This is a building that works in a slightly different way. Rather than collecting parts to build it like a normal building, it's actually works via the quest system instead—and when you complete the quests, the building will complete as well. You can access the quest through your quest log, or you can get to it just by clicking on the building itself.

Animatronic Dinos!

Introducing Ty! He's an expert on animatronics and robotics, and he's here to help you make some Animatronic Dinosaurs!



This is a brand new way of building with your friends! When you begin the process of building each Dino, you select a partner to help you—and the two of you work together to construct the dino!

There are three different dinos available—Pterosaurs, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus Rex. And the high level dinos will turn into one of three randomly selected Elite Dinos—with special colors and custom animations!

Go build the Animation Lab and get started on your own Dino right away!
