As you may know we've just launched CoasterVille and are working out some of the kinks. One in particular is getting players hung up right in the beginning of the game. We've already begun working on it to prevent happening to it in the future.
If this happened to you and you cannot proceed beyond naming your park, please click here and provide your UID. If you don't know your UID, your facebook profile will work too!
UPDATE:
A similar issue with the soap dispenser is happening to few few players. If this happens to you, please fill out the form and we'll get you fixed up in a jiffy!
We will be resetting your account to get back into the game and it should only take about 2-3 minutes to regain your lost progress.
