We have heard all your questions loud and clear. Over the last few weeks, we have received reports from players who are having difficulties completing certain quests. In order to help us share this information with our development team, please fill out the form below one request at a time. Quests are listed in alphabetical order.

Please note that you will not receive a response from support. The information you submitted is shared directly with the development team.
By filling out the form below we will have all the information we need to help us fix this issue as soon as possible. There is no need to contact Customer Support about this.

New quest missing from the game

Hello Coasters!

We have received a number of reports from our lovely players who are yet to receive some quests. All quests are slowly being sent out to everyone.


The CoasterVille Team always tests new releases with a limited amount of players and that’s why this feature has not been rolled out to all our players just yet. It is normal for new features to be slowly rolled out to all players. This feature should be available to you soon! 
Why is that?

Slow roll outs are important towards the stability of the games and to secure those new features will run smoothly in your game. 

There is no need to contact Customer Support regarding new releases missing in your game.  
This is a natural progression in the game.
